TL;DR: Eat here. My new favorite. Family really had our mind set on getting Chinese tonight, but I've been looking for a place that does different kinds of dumplings (soup dumplings in particular). Then I remembered a friend recommended Tasty Dish in Hellertown. Small place right next to Paprikas (a Hungarian restaurant we go to for special occasions). Unassuming from the outside, but as soon as we walked in, I heard the wok going and smelled some absolutely deliciousness (even with a Canadian wildfire smoking the entire valley). Menu is pretty good. Lots of Chinese staples. But they have a few more dumpling choices than standard places. We ordered with our stomaches: pan fried pork dumplings, pork egg rolls, scallion pancake, shrimp lo mein, and chicken with broccoli. First soup dumpling in my mouth made me groan with delight a little too loud. Them more and more came out. Voluminous portions on the lo mein and chicken and broccoli. Scallion pancake down in a flash. Fried pork dumplings with sweet chili sauce; demolished. And we're taking home leftovers. Wife happy. Kid happy. I'm happy. So frigging happy. Go there. Now. What are you waiting for.

Came to this place because of a Facebook video.The girl in the front was very welcoming and very helpful. The food was delicious cooked properly with a lot of flavor. The food was a little pricy but the quality of the food was good โบ๏ธ

The food was so good and had great flavor. There were three of us dining in so we got a few things to try. The general tso had a very light, airy outside and real chicken inside that wasnโt grey and stringy like some other places. The Szechuan boiled beef was definitely my favorite, packed with flavor. The honey roasted pork was a slightly sweet, yet savory bite. I highly enjoyed every bite and will definitely return. It is a quaint restaurant with only 5 tables, but they offer takeout too. A must try for sure.

I ordered takeout last night for the first time from this place. I've been wanting to try it for months. When I picked it up, I was 15 minutes late. The woman said she was about to call me and was very nice. Surprisingly though, the food was still hot when I started plating it. I got the stir fried string beans, chicken lo mein, and the spring rolls. Everything was delicious. The string beans do have an ingredient in it that is a little salty, almost like an olive, if you're someone that is not a fan of that taste. Otherwise, I enjoyed it. (Drink in photo not included in order).
